The HVAC industry has a reputation problem. Companies don’t answer the phone. Technicians show up late or not at all. Invoices include charges that were never discussed. ECS was built to be the direct answer to all of it.

Tyler Thompson and Guiseppi Lamura are not former firefighters. They are active firefighter paramedics. They show up to emergencies and respond under pressure as a regular part of their professional lives.
They founded Exclusive Cooling Solutions because they saw a gap. Cape Coral homeowners were being let down by HVAC companies that treated service calls as transactions. So Tyler and Guiseppi built something different — a company where every call is a commitment, not a transaction.
Tyler and Guiseppi knew what accountability looked like because they lived it every shift. So they built a company around it. The same standards that apply in the firehouse apply on every HVAC call in Southwest Florida.
Today, ECS serves Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples, Marco Island, and all of Southwest Florida. Every job is handled with the same urgency and accountability that defines their work in the firehouse. From a capacitor replacement to a full system installation — the standard never changes.
The People Behind
Every Service Call.
Tyler Thompson is a licensed HVAC technician and active firefighter paramedic. As co-founder of ECS, he built the company around the accountability and urgency that define emergency response. He brought that standard directly to the HVAC industry across Southwest Florida.
Tyler is the primary point of contact for new system consultations. He plays a hands on role in every project. When you call ECS, there is a good chance you will speak directly with him.
Outside of work, Tyler is a dedicated family man. He and his wife are raising their two sons here in Southwest Florida. Family is at the center of everything he does. When he’s not serving the community or working with clients, you’ll find him out on the water, boating and fishing whenever he gets the chance.
Guiseppi La Mura is a licensed HVAC technician and active firefighter paramedic. Customers consistently describe him as thorough, communicative, and honest. He explains what he is doing and why at every step. His detail oriented approach has earned some of the most enthusiastic reviews in ECS history.
Guiseppi leads the diagnostic and repair side of the business. His focus is simple: do the job right the first time and stand behind the work.
Outside of work, Guiseppi stays active through trail running and occasional ultramarathon competitions. He and his wife love traveling out west to explore national parks and go snowboarding. At home, they enjoy life with their dog, William.
